Remote first

Remote doesn't mean alone. It means together, from wherever you work best, whether that's our offices in Hamburg and Leipzig or remotely, anywhere in Germany. We meet up regularly on site and at team events.

Learning

Built on the 70/20/10 principle, with dedicated learning time blocked out in the calendar. Development doesn't run on the side here. It's part of working hours.

Flat hierarchies

Deliberately flat and self-directed. Clear ownership, quick decisions and room to shape things from day one.

Modern tools

Up-to-date hardware and a modern tech stack, so you can hit the ground running. You work with the same tools we recommend to our clients.

Locations

Where we work from

We have permanent offices in Hamburg and Leipzig. That does not tie you to either city. We work remotely across Germany.
