Our Values

What we believe

Curiosity

We want to understand how a system actually runs before we judge it. That includes the organization behind it.

Courage

We question existing structures and rebuild them when they no longer hold. That applies to our own as well.

Trust

We trust decisions to be made where the work happens. That makes us faster than any approval loop could.

Responsibility

We implement what we recommend, and we're measured on the result.

Our Domain

Why logistics

We chose logistics deliberately. Warehouses, fleets and yards are the physical layer of every supply chain. For years they have come last when it comes to technology, and yet operations depend on them.

When something fails there, the whole chain feels it, often far from where the problem started.

We work on live systems, with the data and the consequences of real operations.

Logistics isn't glamorous, but it is essential.

How we learn

The 70 / 20 / 10 Principle

Learning time is scheduled working time.

70%
Deep excellence in your own domain

We learn on the job, at the client and on their systems.

20%
A look into the other roles

Architecture and integration work together in the same teams. Along the way, we learn how the others work.

10%
New topics and personal development

Once a month, we deliberately turn to something else, with time blocked out for it.
