André grew up in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and studied transportation economics in Wismar. That's where his fascination began: how complexity turns into elegance, and how a single broken process at a factory gate can ripple through an entire supply chain long before anyone realizes where it started.
At Philips Semiconductors he learned global supply chains from the inside; at SAP, the gap between logistics platforms and the physical reality of operations. In 2008 he founded Leogistics, building solutions for transport, warehouse, yard, and collaboration for clients like BMW, BASF, Beiersdorf, Nestlé, Airbus, and Volkswagen. Out of Leogistics grew the SaaS platform myleo/dsc, with thousands of users.
One pattern ran through all those years: companies bought transformation as a project. Fixed scope, fixed deadline, a go-live, as if logistics had an ending. It doesn't.
That's why ToShift exists: the operating system for continuous industrial transformation. We design how operations actually run, embed AI as a decision layer, and stay. Because the work that matters begins after go-live.
